I have been an owner since 2013 and can't believe the neighborhood is ranked as a 2.3. Do we live in the same neighborhood? I was towed ONCE and that was when i first moved in and i was unaware of the rules but that is not a reason to hate management, they have rules for a reason. When i first lived here, it was impossible for me to park in front of my unit and as a single woman that was very scary for me when i would get home late at night. With the new rules that only residents can park in front of the units, i am able to park in the same spot every single day and i love it! All the rules that are implemented have never been an issue for me because it has drastically IMPROVED the complex and the look of it. Before people would dump all their old crap in dumpster (such as old mattresses, chairs, desks) and it looked terrible, now you get fined if you dump items like that which i think is amazing.. that is not the place to dump your old furniture. I also am happy with the rules of not having old stuff left on your porch because it degrades the look of the complex, now everything always looks aesthetically pleasing. I also appreciate the maintenance staff SO MUCH, they are SO friendly and help me out with whatever I need. They truly do treat this place like its their own. One time i dropped an envelope by the mail box with a bill and the main maintenance guy was nice enough to come to my condo and deliver it to me. I truly appreciate everything Juan and Diana have implemented in the neighborhood because i truly feel safer compared to other complexes that are getting their cars broken into/stolen. The rules are not that hard to follow, i have never been fined because i follow the rules that IMPROVE our complex and make me feel safe. The complex has improved drastically since i first moved here and it just continues to get better, I also TRULY appreciate the security guards that roam the complex and watch the gate to make sure people don't tailgate their way into a neighborhood they don't belong in. I feel safe walking my dog ALONE at night which i would not feel comfortable doing in any other complex around here. THANK YOU THANK YOU. I actually had to go into the office to thank Juan personally because i am truly in shock at how people are rating this complex.

I like living here they are very strict but they really take care of the community and all areas! 4 stars because they should really update the gym the equipment is too old and the carpet smells humid.

I really don't write reviews, but I received a call from my PM asking me how I like the community so far and I can share any feedback (I have been here over 3 months). I absolutely love it! Great landscaping, clean pool and gym and No Crime! My husband and I lived in Orlando and it was terrible because there was no control and the tenants destroyed the property and the police were always there. We were scared all the time. My co worker lives out here and recommended this community. I am so happy she did. We can walk our dogs late at night or jog. The office does a great job. Whomever is making the rules and keeping this place clean and safe please keep it up. We really like it here.

I have called Crescent Place Condos home for years. It just keeps getting better. I feel more safe here than the apartments I lived in previously because there is a gate and management actually follows up if someone enters without resident permission. There are daily door trash pickup services and pest control as a courtesy (if needed) PLUS I do not have to pay a sep water bill because it's included. Last month the tennis courts were redone using an amazing blue color - like the sky. The property always looks clean and is very well lit.
